Cinnamon is used mainly as an aromatic condiment and flavouring additive in a wide variety of cuisines, sweet and savoury with effects on health and metabolism.

While eating small & tolerable amount of daily intak. You can safely eat half teaspoon 0 .5 to 1 gram (eating too much may cause potentially dangerous side effects.)
Don't eat cinnamon with medicine paracetamol, acetaminophen, insulin, you suffered from liver kidney lung disease. because high amount of content called coumarin. This is harmful for lung, liver.
