Water & its importance in the body

 Water is most important element of body
Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.The body needs adequate and regular water.

Drink 8 to 10 glass water a day 


6 To 7 AM : first glass after waking up
Benefit : Eliminate toxins, rehydrate your body, stimulate digestive system.

8 To 9 AM : second glass 1 hr after breakfast
Benefit : immunity booster shots, neutralize PH, lubricat joint & cartilage.

9:30 To 10:30 AM : third glass of water


11:30 To 12 AM : 4th glass 30min before 
lunch
Benifit : burn extra fat, boost metabolism for next 30 to 40 min, better digestion

12:30 To 1:30 PM : 5th glass 30 min after lunch
Benifit : prevent premature ageing, increase production of blood & muscle cell

3 TO 4 PM : 6th glass before tea / coffee

4 To 5 PM : 7th glass of water

5 To 7 PM : 8th glass 1 hr before dinner

8 To 9 PM : 9th glass after 30 min of dinner

9 To 10 PM : 10th glass half an hour before sleep
Benefit : replace any fluid loss, avoid strok and heart attack.
